I have 5" Bosch RAS that in general works fine. However that sticking pas
the sanding sick stick to is worn out and no disk sticks to it well. The RAS
is only 2 years old. I checked the RAS and realized that the pad is non
removable and is glued to the RAS. How can I repair or replace the pad?

ITYM: ROS (Random Orbit Sander)

Get a new pad and replacement instructions from Bosch?

The allen head screw in the center of the pad is removed and the entire pad
assembly is replaced. Easy job to do. FWIW, one time sanding without a disc
being attached will ruin the pad assembly.
